For the past 60 years, Trenton Marine Corps League Detachment has been dedicated to assisting Marines, and other veterans who may have disabilities or other life challenges. To that end Detachment 207 created its Warrior Assistance Fund which uses 100% of its resources to support the Mercer County / New Jersey Market.
This Warrior Assistance fund is our signature program and includes a full vetting process prior to award distribution, to insure worthy individual receive the fund. Examples of Individual Potential Needs targeted by the fund are Medical Equipment, Safety Construction for Home (for example: ramps, hand rails), Education tuition and Financial Hardships. We also support awards to Groups that also target Veteran needs.
The Program uses money provided by donations and various fundraising events run by the Trenton Marine Corps League detachment. All donations made to this fund are tax deductible.
Some of the Individual Potential Needs could be and not limited to:
